Adina Tecklu

Adina is a Partner at Khosla Ventures, where she invests in early-stage software, AI, and fintech. She backs exceptional founders early, before there is market consensus, and works closely with them from product-market fit to breakout growth. She has led KV's investments in Aven, Basis, Lovable, Rain, Stuut, Singularity Defense, and Limbic.

Previously, Adina built Canaan’s seed investing practice from the ground up. Before venture, she was an early employee at Zenefits during its hypergrowth phase, where she saw firsthand the operational and organizational challenges of scaling from startup to category leader. She began her career in enterprise sales at Oracle, where she learned to start with the customer; an approach that shapes how she works with founders on product strategy and go-to-market.

She holds a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
